This Privacy Policy describes how SheetFlow ("we", "our", or "the App") handles information when you use our mobile application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
SheetFlow is designed to work entirely offline on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit:
- Personal information (name, email, phone number, address)
- Files or spreadsheet data you open, create, or edit
- Device identifiers or unique IDs
- Location data
- Contacts or other device data
- Usage analytics or tracking data
- Browsing history or search queries
All spreadsheet files are processed locally on your device and are never uploaded to any server.
3. File Access
SheetFlow uses Android's Storage Access Framework (SAF) to let you open and save files. This means:
- You choose which files to open through Android's built-in file picker
- The App only accesses files you explicitly select
- The App does not scan or access other files on your device
- File contents are processed entirely on your device
4. Advertising
SheetFlow displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Google AdMob may collect certain information to serve relevant ads, including:
- Device information (device type, operating system version)
- Advertising ID
- General location (based on IP address, not precise GPS)
- App usage data related to ad interactions
This data is collected and processed by Google according to Google's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to this data. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device's settings under "Ads" or "Google" settings.
5. Recent Files List
SheetFlow maintains a list of recently opened files for your convenience. This list is stored locally on your device using Android's internal storage and is not shared with us or any third party. You can clear this list at any time from the app's home screen.
6. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services:
- Google AdMob — for displaying advertisements. See Google's Privacy Policy.
We do not use any other third-party analytics, crash reporting, or tracking services.
7. Data Security
Since SheetFlow processes all data locally on your device, the security of your data depends on the security of your device. We recommend:
- Keeping your device's operating system up to date
- Using a screen lock to protect your device
- Being cautious about the files you download and open
8. Children's Privacy
SheetFlow does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13 years of age. The App does not require account creation or personal data input. The advertisements displayed may be subject to Google AdMob's own policies regarding children's privacy.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
10. Your Rights
Since we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data for us to provide, modify, or delete. Your files remain entirely under your control on your device.
