Welcome to MySign Signature Maker ("we", "us", or "our"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our Android application MySign Signature Maker (the "App").
By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.
2. Information We Collect
a) Information You Provide
The App allows you to create, draw, and save digital signatures. Any signatures you create are stored locally on your device only. We do not collect, transmit, or store your signature images on any external server.
b) Automatically Collected Information (Advertising)
Our App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may automatically collect certain information to serve relevant ads, including:
- Device identifiers (Advertising ID)
- IP address and approximate location (country/region level)
- Device type, operating system version, and language
- App usage and interaction data (ad impressions, clicks)
c) ML Kit Digital Ink Recognition
The App uses Google ML Kit Digital Ink Recognition to optionally recognize handwritten text from your drawn strokes. Ink recognition processing happens on-device. Your drawn strokes are not sent to Google servers for recognition purposes.
d) No Account or Registration Required
The App does not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number to use its core features.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information collected for the following purposes:
- To display advertisements through Google AdMob to support the free App
- To improve the App's performance and user experience
- To understand general usage patterns (aggregated, non-identifiable)
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal data to any third parties. We do not use your signature images or drawings for any purpose other than displaying them locally on your device.
4. Data Storage and Security
All signatures and drawings created within the App are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to any files you create or save. You can delete your saved signatures at any time from within the App or by uninstalling the App.
While we implement reasonable security measures, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to keep your device secure with a PIN, password, or biometric lock.

The App integrates the following third-party services that have their own privacy policies:

6. Advertising and Ad Personalization
The App displays banner ads, interstitial ads, native ads, and app open ads through Google AdMob. Google may use your Advertising ID to show you personalized ads based on your interests.
You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time by adjusting your device settings:
- Go to Settings → Google → Ads
- Enable "Opt out of Ads Personalization"
Opting out will not remove ads from the App, but ads shown will not be personalized to your interests.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at toolsappdang@gmail.com and we will take steps to remove such information.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your data:
- Access: Request information about data collected about you
- Deletion: Request deletion of any personal data
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
- Opt-out: Opt out of personalized advertising as described above
Since we do not collect or store personal data on our servers, most requests can be fulfilled by clearing the App's local data or uninstalling the App. For advertising-related data, please contact Google directly or adjust your device settings.
9. Data Retention
Since all signature data is stored locally on your device, retention is fully in your control. You can delete signatures at any time from within the App. Uninstalling the App will remove all locally stored data.
Any data held by Google AdMob or Google Play Services is subject to Google's own retention policies.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
