1. Information We Collect
We collect the minimum information needed to provide and improve the App:
- Usage Data: Anonymous analytics about which features are used (via Google AdMob / Firebase), including device type, OS version, and crash reports. This data cannot identify you personally.
- Advertising Data: Google AdMob may collect advertising identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID), IP address, and general location to serve relevant ads. This data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
- Purchase Data: In-app purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not store your payment details. We receive only confirmation of whether a purchase was completed.
- Locally Stored Data: Your diagrams, folders, and preferences are stored only on your device using local storage (SharedPreferences). We do not upload or transmit your diagram content to any server.
2. How We Use Information
- To deliver and personalise advertisements through Google AdMob.
- To process and verify in-app purchases through Google Play Billing.
- To diagnose crashes and improve app stability.
- To maintain your Pro status and ad-free experience locally on your device.
3. Advertising
The App displays advertisements powered by Google AdMob, including banner ads, interstitial ads, native ads, and app open ads. AdMob may use cookies and similar technologies to serve personalised ads based on your interests.
You may opt out of personalised advertising at any time through your device settings:

4. In-App Purchases
The App offers a one-time "Remove Ads" purchase (Pro upgrade) processed securely by Google Play. We never collect or store your credit card or payment information. Your Pro status is stored locally on your device and is recoverable via the "Restore Purchases" feature.
5. Data Storage & Security
- All your diagrams, templates, and settings are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to our servers.
- Your Pro/premium status is explicitly excluded from Android device backup to prevent unauthorised bypass.
- We do not operate any servers that store personal data.
- We use industry-standard practices to protect your information within the App.
6. Third-Party Services
The App integrates the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
- Google AdMob — Advertising
- Google Play Billing — In-app purchases
- Firebase Crashlytics — Crash reporting (if enabled)
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
8. Permissions
The App requests the following device permissions:
- INTERNET & NETWORK STATE: Required to load advertisements from AdMob.
- VIBRATE: Used for haptic feedback when drawing flowcharts.
- WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (Android 7–8 only): Required to save exported PNG/PDF files to your device. On Android 9 and above, no storage permission is required.
- BILLING: Required to process in-app purchases via Google Play.
9. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access, update, or delete the data stored on your device by uninstalling the App.
- Opt out of personalised ads through your device's Google settings.
- Contact us for any privacy-related questions or concerns.
10. Data Retention
Since all diagram data is stored locally on your device, you control its retention entirely. Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data. Anonymous analytics data retained by Google AdMob is subject to Google's own retention policies.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
