Conversion History: The App stores a local history of your conversions (file names, dates, page counts, file sizes) in a local database on your device. This data never leaves your device.
App Preferences: Your settings and preferences (such as default page size, quality, and dark mode preference) are stored locally on your device.
2. Advertising
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google AdMob may collect and use data to provide personalized or non-personalized ads. This may include:
- Device identifiers (advertising ID)
- IP address
- General location data (based on IP)
- App usage data and interaction with ads

3. OCR (Text Recognition)
The App uses Google ML Kit for on-device text recognition (OCR). All text recognition processing happens locally on your device. No images or recognized text are sent to any external server for OCR processing.
4. Data Storage and Security
All your files, conversion history, and preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not operate any servers that store your personal data. The App uses Android's scoped storage for secure file access.

- Conversion history is stored in a local Room database
- No cloud storage or remote servers are used for your data
- No account creation or login is required
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties, except as described in the Advertising section above regarding Google AdMob.
When you use the Share feature within the App, you choose which app or service to share your files with. We have no control over and are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third-party apps.
6. Permissions
The App requests the following permissions:
- Storage Access: To read TIFF files you select and to save converted PDF files to your device.
- Internet Access: Required for displaying advertisements via Google AdMob.
- Network State: To check network connectivity for ad loading.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to remove such information.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
9. Your Rights
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over your data:
- You can clear conversion history from within the App's Settings
- You can delete converted files from your device at any time
- You can uninstall the App to remove all locally stored data
- You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device's ad settings
