- Content and Usage Information: We do not upload your creative content (designs, imported logos, or photos) to any server. All content is processed locally on your device. We collect information regarding how you use the App, such as features accessed, which is used only to improve the application.
- Device Information: We may collect standard technical information about your device, such as device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers (e.g., Android ID, Advertising ID), which are used for analytical purposes and to support app functionality.
2. Why We Collect This Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To provide and improve the services and features of the App.
- To optimize the App for different devices and operating system versions (Android 7.0 through Android 14).
- To analyze usage trends and enhance user experience.
- To secure your saved content on your device using required system APIs (MediaStore).
3. Local Data Processing
Your designs and imported assets (logos/stickers) never leave your device. The App does not have a server or cloud component for your designs. The creation, editing, and final export are performed entirely within your device's memory. The final PNG files are saved to your device's storage.
4. Data Disclosure and Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties. However, we may share information in the following circumstances:
- Aggregated/Anonymous Information: We may share aggregated or de-identified information that does not directly identify you for analytical purposes.
- Third-Party Services: If the App uses third-party analytics (e.g., Google Analytics for Firebase) or advertising providers, these services may collect information (such as Advertising IDs) according to their own privacy policies.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with legal obligations.
5. Your Permissions and Control
The App requires specific permissions to function correctly, which you control via your device's settings:
- Read/Write External Storage (Android 7.0 - 9.0): Required to import stickers/logos from your gallery and save your final designs.
- MediaStore Access (Android 10+): Required to securely save content to the "Pictures/BUSSIDSkins" folder.
You may grant or revoke these permissions at any time through your device's operating system settings.
6. Data Retention
The information we collect is retained as long as necessary to provide the services and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We keep designs and content only as long as you are actively using the App; the files you save remain on your device's storage under your control.
7. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Your creative content is stored on your device and is not under our control.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in this section and, if necessary, within the App.
