This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Bike Service Record ("Application") for mobile devices that was created by Sabin Chaudhary and offered by EMC.

The Application allows you to input vehicle data, maintenance logs, and fuel records. This data is stored locally on your device. We do not automatically transmit this data to any external server without your explicit action (e.g., exporting a file).
2. App Permissions
To provide its core features, the Application requires the following permissions:
- Camera (android.permission.CAMERA): Used solely to allow you to take photos of service bills, receipts, or vehicle parts to attach to your maintenance logs.
- Storage (READ_MEDIA_IMAGES, READ/WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): Required to save your exported service reports (PDF/CSV) to your device and to view photos you have attached to logs.
- Notifications & Alarms (POST_NOTIFICATIONS, SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM): Used to schedule and deliver precise reminders for your upcoming bike services (e.g., notifying you one day before a due date).
3. Data Security
We take the security of your data seriously. Since the Application stores your personal bike records locally on your device, you retain full control over your data. Ensure your device is password-protected to prevent unauthorized access.
4. Third-Party Services
The Application may use third-party services (such as Google Play Services) which may collect information used to identify you for analytics or advertising purposes.
5. Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
