Welcome to Battery Health Controller ("App", "we", "our", or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our Android application.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please read this policy carefully. By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.
📋 2. Information We Collect
The App reads device system data to provide its core features. Here is what is accessed:

All collected data is stored only in your device's local database (Room/SQLite). It never leaves your device through our services.
🔐 3. Android Permissions
The App requests the following Android permissions:
- BATTERY_STATS / RECEIVE_BATTERY_CHANGED — read battery metrics in real time
- FOREGROUND_SERVICE — keep the monitoring service active when the app is in the background
- BLUETOOTH / BLUETOOTH_SCAN / BLUETOOTH_CONNECT — optional; only used if you enable the Multi-Device BT Tracker feature
- SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM — Smart Charging Scheduler feature
- WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE — CSV export of your battery history (Android ≤ 9 only)
- INTERNET / ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE — required by Google AdMob for displaying ads
- RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED — restart the monitoring service after device reboot
- REQUEST_INSTALL_PACKAGES — not requested; this app does not install other packages
Permissions are only used for the stated purposes and nothing else.
📢 4. Advertising (Google AdMob)
Battery Health Controller is a free app supported by advertising through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use data to show you relevant ads, including:
- Advertising ID (Android Advertising ID — resettable by you)
- Approximate location (country/region level)
- Device model and OS version
- App interaction data (ad impressions, clicks)
Google's data collection and use is governed by Google's own Privacy Policy. You can review it at: https://policies.google.com/privacy
To opt out of personalized advertising, go to your device's Settings → Privacy → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.
🛡️ 5. Data Storage & Security
All App data (battery history, charge cycles, health scores, scheduled alarms) is stored exclusively in your device's local SQLite database using Android Room.
- Data is not uploaded to any external server by us
- Data is protected by your device's standard security (screen lock, encryption)
- Exported CSV files are saved to your device's local storage and are only shared when you initiate a share action
- Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data
👶 6. Children's Privacy
Battery Health Controller is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us at toolsappdang@gmail.com and we will take immediate steps to remove such information.

- Delete — uninstall the App to permanently delete all locally stored data
- Opt out of ad personalization — via Android device settings as described in Section 4
- Reset your Advertising ID — via Android Settings → Google → Ads
- Revoke permissions — via Android Settings → Apps → Battery Health Controller → Permissions
📅 9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via an in-app notice. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
